The following details the flat rate for all sightseeing flights, which includes the instructor’s time, aircraft time, fuel surcharge and applicable taxes:

Sightseeing flights are scheduled in either one half or one hour increments. Flights are scheduled according to aircraft availability, unless requested otherwise. Flights are billed according to the aircraft Hobbs meter with time allocated for instructor pre/post flight.
Customer is responsible for paying for the entire flight according to the above rates. TAS Inc. cannot be responsible for passengers who may become airsick and/or for those who may need to end the flight before the allotted time has expired.
